- 3 Cups Flour
- 2 Tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Butter
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1 ½ Cup M&Ms Winter Blend
Make sure the butter and eggs are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a cookie sheet or line it with a silicone baking mat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, eggs, vanilla, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and flour. Mix on low speed until combined, then increase to medium speed until a soft dough forms.
Gently mix in the winter blend M&M’s (white, light blue, and dark blue) on low speed until evenly distributed.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough and roll each portion between your hands to form smooth dough balls. Place 12 evenly spaced balls about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 11–12 minutes, until the edges are set and lightly golden.
Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Add more M&Ms on top of cookies when done to create more texture and visual appeal.
