- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- ¾ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Butter
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1 ½ Cup M&Ms
The butter and eggs need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a cookie sheet or use a silicone mat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, butter, vanilla, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and flour, mixing on low at first, then increasing to medium until a dough forms.
Gently mix in the M&Ms on low speed.
Scoop the dough into balls using a cookie scoop, placing 12 evenly spaced balls about 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
Bake for 11-12 minutes. Then, allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring them off the pan and putting them on a cooling rack until cool.
- Add more m&ms on top for extra chocolate flavor.
